Our 90sq semi private suite is fully furnished and available for daily rental

Rates:

Weekdays (Monday - Friday): $50 per day (9 hours)

Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): $75 per day (9 hours)

For daily rentals, you have 9 hours in the suite, which covers setting up and breaking down. You are welcome to start later in the day but you have to be finished by 6 pm. If you exceed past the 9 hours it will be an extra $10 per hour.

What's required to book our daily rental?

If you are a cosmetologist, esthetician, barber or a beauty professional operating under Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board you must email us a clear photo of all documents below: 

• State Board License or Registration
• Business License 
• Liability Insurance 

All other beauty professionals (makeup artists, braiders, etc..) must email us a clear photo of all documents below: 

• Driver license (Front & Back)
• Business License 
• Liability Insurance 

Please ensure that the photos of your documents are:

1. Legible: The text and photo on the license should be clear and easy to read.
2. Current: The license and insurance should be valid and not expired.
3. Unaltered: The photo of the license should not be edited or altered in any way.

Failure to provide photos of the required documents above will result in the denial of your booking request. We understand that privacy is important,  and we want to assure you that your personal information will be  handled with the utmost care and in compliance with all applicable  privacy laws and regulations.

What you must bring the day of?

On the day of your daily rental, please ensure you have the following items with you:

1. State Board License: This  is your professional license that permits you to perform specific  services or work in a regulated industry. It's crucial to have your  state board license displayed at the station you are renting to show  your qualifications and compliance with legal requirements.
2. Driver's License or Identification: A valid driver's license or government-issued identification is often required for identity verification and records.
3. Liability Insurance: Liability insurance covers potential claims from clients,  such as allergic reactions to products, slips and falls, or any professional errors during services.
